Here at Nyla Yoga, everyone is welcome, and differences are celebrated. As a parent of a child with additional needs, Zoe is very passionate about ensuring inclusivity in her classes. Zoe has first-hand experience and training in order to deliver yoga sessions to children with additional educational, emotional, social, behavioural and physical needs.
All our classes are fully inclusive and can be adapted for all children, we can also offer 1-1 or family sessions for those needing extra support. Zoe has trained with Special Yoga and is able to support children and young people who have a diagnosis of ADHD, ASD, Cerebral Palsy, PMLD, Downs Syndrome etc. We believe that you are special regardless of appearance, culture, gender, race or the assumption that society has placed on you, the activities that Special Yoga provide are centered around this belief. Special yoga's methodology includes the classical yoga practices of movement, breathwork and deep relaxation combined with sound, rythm, massage, mindfulness and sensory integration techniques. The extraordinay power of yoga allows us to truly reach our full potential. That potential is not only physical, but also mental, emotional, physiological, energetic, neurological and spiritual.
