Fun Yoga for all types of parties

Nyla Yoga loves to host exciting and fun, bespoke yoga birthday parties for children, created around any theme of their choice and will usually include partner yoga, acro yoga, dance, drama, yoga party games and more, with special focus on the birthday child. We can provide mindful craft activities or deliver some all-important calming relaxation and quiet time at the end, using peer Thai massage, guided imagery meditations and storytelling.

Parties can be yoga-based and centred around friendship, balance, peace and kindness or adventures individually tailored to your child’s unique interests. For younger children anything from underwater sea themes; down in the jungle or outer-space adventures to enchanting princesses, unicorns, rainbows, mermaids, pirates, dinosaurs, superheroes, or any of your child’s favourite characters, the possibilities are endless!

We can provide all yoga props, mats, craft materials, vegan and eco-friendly body glitter or rainbow face paints. Whether it’s making eye pillows, mindful glitter jars, mandalas, dream catchers, affirmation bracelets, origami, eco-art or rock painting Zoe loves to use her artistic creativity to engage children in mindful and fun activities based upon their interests.
